We bought a used RV. It is in very good condition but the carpet and upholstery needed a clean. I called ZEROREZ, they were very helpful, courteous, and prompt. They gave me an estimate, we booked the day convenient for me. The technician showed up promptly on the day and did a wonderful job. I had forgotten to include a bench seat that needed cleaning and he took care of that for me. The carpet throughout the rig was cleaned, under the front mats, all the upholstery was cleaned. Looks great, smells much better. When we are ready to do the house carpets we will call ZEROREZ. From the first look on Angie’s List to the paying of the bill, things went very well. No problems. The technician was professional, thorough, and friendly. Will definitely use ZEROREZ again.
