Just wanted to let you know I am extremely happy with the results, your service, pricing, etc. Rob was my carpet cleaner and he was GREAT! Very nice guy. We bought a used RV. It is in very good condition but the carpet and upholstery needed a clean. I called ZEROREZ, they were very helpful, courteous, and prompt. They gave me an estimate, we booked the day convenient for me. The technician showed up promptly on the day and did a wonderful job. I had forgotten to include a bench seat that needed cleaning and he took care of that for me. The carpet throughout the rig was cleaned, under the front mats, all the upholstery was cleaned. Looks great, smells much better. When we are ready to do the house carpets we will call ZEROREZ. From the first look on Angie’s List to the paying of the bill, things went very well. No problems. The technician was professional, thorough, and friendly. Will definitely use ZEROREZ again.

Hi All,

The carpets here at —- Audio were cleaned Saturday by a company called ZEROREZ, as in “Zero Residue.” They use a high pH water about 200 degrees with a very high suction to clean with. So, no soap, and no soap residue. Their cleaning method leaves the carpet closest to how it was when Factory New. BTW, they also cleaned the tile in the front waiting room and in the fridge/time clock hallway, as well as a white couch in Mr. — office.

The crew that came was really pleasant and knowledgeable. The system that they used was unbelievable, all stains that seemed impossible came out and with no mess at all! Everything was really well taken care of, they even returned all my furniture exactly to its original place. They returned my inquiry call within 24 hours as promised, and followed up as promised. The cleaning crew showed up on time. They were neat and clean, and the crew boss was honest and friendly. The carpet looks great, and the price was fair. They did not try the usual bait-and-switch that I have experienced with other carpet cleaners. I would definitely hire ZEROREZ again.

We had three sofas, a staircase, and three rooms of moderately-to-severely stained carpet. Food stains, traffic, dirt, etc. We chose ZEROREZ for the reasonable price, but also for the “eco-friendly” cleaning as several family members have allergies. We had a great experience! The technician cleaned an additional area rug at no extra charge, which we didn’t expect. Everything looks wonderful and we will definitely use ZEROREZ from now on.

Many commercial cleaning service providers focus on only one thing… price.
