On Tuesday, January 10th, Ryan Seacrest began advertising Zerorez on his top rated radio show. He was impressed with our no-soap cleaning method, and amazed that the cleaning solution used by our techs was so pure they could drink the solution before cleaning with it. Zerorez uses a patented technology to clean with that is more effective than traditional cleaning, but is so pure that there is never any soap or chemical residue to attract new soiling. I want to tell you how much we enjoyed having Zerorez. Chris, the tech, was extremely knowlegeable, polite and the hardest working tech I have ever seen. Customer service was top notch and the carpets and couch are beautiful. I can honestly say, that having other carpet cleaning companies come over a 8 year period, I’m so sorry I didn’t start with Zerorez. We will not have any other company clean our carpets and couches except Zerorez.

This is the best carpet cleaning method yet. My wife and I both have asthma and allergies and there is no musty smell or any sticky residue on the carpet and better yet none on our feet as we walk around our house barefoot. I had 2 rooms with 20 year old carpet and it has not looked that good since we bought our house. Thanks you very much and Mark did a great job. We have some other items we need you folks to come back and clean…..will be in touch.

Angie’s List referrals

Commonly accepted wisdom says that referral business is the best business there is. Angie’s List is a company that has formalized the process of publishing customer ratings and referrals, and the companies reviewed are included without company involvement or input. But what is the value of a very high rating such as Zerorez commonly receives? How does this type of referral compare to a “friend-to-friend” recommendation? We are still trying to evaluate that, because in spite of high ratings on the list, jobs generated from this type of formalized publication are still few and far between. Maybe someone out there can provide some feedback regarding their experience.

Our challenge for building the Zerorez brand is to help people understand that we really do use a new and advanced cleaning technology. Once we are in the house, we generally take out a clear, plexiglass “bubble” (often used for pool cleaning) and show people the suds we are extracting from their carpet, even though we clean with nothing but pure, alkaline water. Where did it come from? It is left-over soap from previous cleanings. THEN people “get it,” they say “Ohhh, I understand now what you were talking about.” That’s Zerorez, which stands for Zero Residue. We are now trying to get the word out on KFI radio, KKLA radio, KFWB radio, Home Magazine, certain trade shows like the Santa Monica Design Show, and regular articles in the L.A. Times. We reach out to Los Angeles County and all of the cities therein, Orange County, Riverside County, and San Bernadino County. It is a constant struggle to spread the word, but it must be working, we now have 15 trucks, and are very, very busy, even during the rains the last couple of months. Zerorez is the green way to clean, and people are really starting to understand that.

The technician Chris was polite, professional, friendly, and very efficient. He put padding down to protect the marble in the foyer, and he wore booties. Their process is very convenient, the carpets were almost dry by the time he left. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Hi All,

The carpets here at —- Audio were cleaned Saturday by a company called ZEROREZ, as in “Zero Residue.” They use a high pH water about 200 degrees with a very high suction to clean with. So, no soap, and no soap residue. Their cleaning method leaves the carpet closest to how it was when Factory New. BTW, they also cleaned the tile in the front waiting room and in the fridge/time clock hallway, as well as a white couch in Mr. — office.

Zerorez cleaned carpets in my townhouse. It was a terrific experience! It is the best job that I have ever seen. They use a different type of method in which no detergent is involved. It is a bit more expensive, but definitely worth the price. Overall, it was just a great experience!
