Alkaline Water is Magic
November 28, 2010
Many folks wonder if Zerorez “Empowered Water” is just a marketing gimmick. It is not. High pH alkaline water is an amazing technology that is being used in other industries as well. Zerorez alkaline water has a pH of 12 to 12.5. That means it is 1,000 more alkaline than soap (usually at 9 or 9.5 pH), which means Zerorez alkaline water cleans far better than soap, but because it is “just” water, there is no soapy residue left behind to attract new dirt and pollutants. And it is absolutely “green” for people and pets, because it is “just” water. Of course it is not easy to create this “magic” water, we have a generator at our base that costs about $35,000, and each truck fills up with 450 gallons of this incredible solution each day to clean with. Alkaline drinking water is also providing some significant health breakthroughs, it seems that it works magic in your body as well as being a great way to clean your carpets. But that is a story for another day. See the Zerorez story at www.zerorezsocal.com, or call us for an appointment at 949-387-2222. Zerorez is the green way to clean in Southern California.
Cheaters Will Not Prosper
November 20, 2010
We’ve been getting phone calls from people telling us that other companies are stealing our web traffic. We have also discovered various websites inserting “Zerorez” into their HTML code on their websites, and telling people when they call that they are “Zerorez” or that they use the same alkaline water cleaning method, or that all carpet cleaners are the same. It is frustrating, and some clients have even mentioned that they booked an appointment with “Zerorez” only to have some guy in a dirty t-shirt in rusty van show up ready to work. Obviously, if they are not in a Zerorez truck, clean shaven, English speaking, and wearing a Zerorez shirt with their name and Zerorez embroidered on the front, they are not the real deal. The moral of the story, of course, is that the competition knows no one cleans like Zerorez, and as we grow, they keep losing business. Please, if the technician does not have a shirt with “Zerorez” stitched on the front, do not let them in the house. And if the company representative you call does not answer “Zerorez, how can I help you?” when you call, try again, because we are seeing more and more imposters, and only Zerorez offers green cleaning using high pH alkaline water without the soaps and residue of all the other cleaners out there.
Too Much Business?
November 17, 2010
Is there such a thing as too much business? We would say no, especially when so many companies are struggling. The challenge, however, is to manage the growth and to build responsibly without compromising quality. In our industry, everyone wants to get their carpets and upholstery cleaned just before the holidays, and we have been booked up through Thanksgiving for almost 2 weeks. We could ask our technicians to do twice as many jobs as they typically do, but we refuse to have them hurry through a job. We could work seven days a week, but we decided when we started that we will only work Mondays through Saturdays. So we are now turning away some business because we are near capacity, even though we recently added two new trucks and the CleanCrafters team to our company. We are managing our growth by only adding well trained, experienced staff and making sure they have the right equipment and the time to do the job right. We know that we will continue to grow by maintaining the service level that we have become known for. Of course it is hard to tell a potential client that we cannot service them for a few weeks, but we must be doing something right… we hear much of our competition is having a very slow season, and we are working hard just to keep up. We are grateful for our growth, and for loyal clients like you that keep us so busy. We want to wish all of you a very happy Thanksgiving holiday season and look forward to seeing you soon.
CleanCrafters joins Zerorez
November 10, 2010
Hard economic times often create new opportunities, and we think no one would dispute that the last couple of years have been an economic challenge to many businesses. However, ZerorezSoCal continues to grow because our clients see that we offer a good value… a longer lasting clean, and an environmentally green process. We are excited to announce that we just acquired CleanCrafters, a San Fernando Valley based company with a 25 year track record of excellence. Gabriel Peretti, owner of CleanCrafters, has joined our company as the Zerorez Los Angeles base manager, and he brings with him years of industry experience and leadership, including serving as the president of the Carpet and Fabricare Institute from 2005 through 2008. Gabriel joined Zerorez because he realizes there is a new and better way to clean carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces, and we are happy to welcome Gabriel and his team to Zerorez and look forward to many years of excellence together. Zerorez truly is the green way to clean.
