Hi. I had my carpet cleaned last Saturday and I was a first time customer. Heard about you on KFI. Just wanted to let you know I am extremely happy with the results, your service, pricing, etc. Rob was my carpet cleaner and he was GREAT! Very nice guy. He did an excellent job, was on time, answered all my questions, etc. My two cats even loved him and they were not scared. Rob also gave them some very welcomed pats.
